These programs have been tried and tested successfully, but the Program is designed as a guide. If you would like to adapt or change the format of the session, feel free. Each Program has 3 categories Preparation, Strength and Recovery, each of these have techniques and applications that make up the system.
Preparation is preparing the tissues for positive stress. This will include movement and roller applications, Self Fascial Mobilisers (SFM), Self Osteofascial Engagement (SOE), Self Myofascial Engagement (SME) and Drills. There are options for you to perform SOE and/or SME against a wall or on the floor, depending upon your choice and sensitivity level.
Strength is the category where tissue resiliency is introduced; we load positive stress/ force into the tissues in challenges that look like life. Conditioning the tissues to work in a 3-dimensional, integrated manner will be done using various tools, bands, cables and dumbbells.
Recovery is about helping the tissues heal. Encouraging the tissues to reset for optimal health and keep the tissues flowing to dispose of the waste products.
In each category, you will observe a “double-up” of many techniques or applications; this has been done to make the experience more efficient. The majority of videos in this program have the option of watching and listening or just watching. Choosing a title ending with Exercise will enable you to watch a shorter video without commentary.
