Understanding the essence of these key principles is vital:
Locations – Click on the protocol (flush or activate) you require and you will be able to choose a video, to guide you through the body part of your choice; ankle, hip or trunk.
Activation – A process of awakening the tissues in readiness through hydration and lubrication, stimulating neural pathways, and refining mechanical patterns. It cultivates a sense of alertness and preparedness.
Activation is ideally performed before physical activity, sport, or any demanding task. It enhances fluid dynamics within the tissues, sharpens neural response, and optimises decision-making, ultimately improving performance and supporting long-term tissue health.
Settings – we suggest that you allow your clients to experience both 30hz and 40hz whilst performing an activation exercise. They can then choose what feels best for them, remembering that everyone’s stress levels are different. WE would recommend to set the timer on either 30 seconds or 45 seconds for activation.
Flushing – A practice focused on nurturing tissue health, longevity, and resilience. This is achieved by enhancing fluid flow—blood and lymph circulation—increasing oxygenation, aiding waste removal, and recalibrating the autonomic nervous system. It fosters a sensation of lightness, vitality, and inner calm. Combining nasal breathing allows the tissues to truly reset and the Autonomic Nervous System relax.
Settings – we suggest that you allow your clients to experience 30hz and 40hz whilst performing a flushing exercise. They can then choose what feels best for them, remembering that everyone’s stress levels are different. What feels good for someone may be totally different to someone else. We recommend you flush between 60 and 120 seconds.
