The Anterior Pelvic Ring is often compromised in everyday life through occupational hazards, repetitive movement, dehydration, trauma or emotional stress. The Anterior Pelvic Ring is part of the front of the hips where major tissues transition up and down the body. These tissues have a neural, mechanical and fluid responses in this region.
Our Pelvic Anterior move program consists of a series of movements that will assist you in strengthening, conditioning, and reconditioning your Anterior Pelvic Ring.

At Feel SOMA, the Pelvic Ring is an inclusive term where we refer to all of the tissues in the pelvis and not just the traditional perspective of nerve, muscle, ligaments, tendons, and bone. Many people will present with discomfort or restriction in the front of the Pelvis, but upon appraisal, the issues may be from other body locations therefore this program can most certainly be used in conjunction with our other individual movement programs or with the entire package.
