At Feel SOMA, the Knee Ring as an inclusive term where we refer to all of the tissues in the knee and not just the traditional perspective of nerve, muscle, ligaments, tendons and bone.
The Knee Ring is a unique connection point for the Ankle and Pelvic Rings, if there are any limitations or restrictions in neural, mechanical or fluid response in either of the Ankle or Pelvic Rings, the Knee will be compromised.
Many people who present with knee discomfort or restriction often have limitations in other regions of the body. Our Knee movement program can be used individually to strengthen, condition and re-condition the Knee Ring or can be incorporated into existing programs.
