Program Flow
At Feel SOMA, we use a more comprehensive reconditioning approach. Instead of isolating one tissue as the problem, we address the entire system — nerves, muscles, fascia, bone, skin, blood, and lymph. This inclusive method acknowledges the interconnectedness of tissues and the critical role of neural communication, fluid flow, and mechanical patterns.
This Reconditioning Program is designed to be included into your existing Strength Program. This program can be performed stand alone on days when you are not going to the Gym OR take sections of it and include in your Gym Program.
It is important to slow your movements down and use your breath (where possible 4 secs in x 4 secs out). We need to reset your tissues and this can only be done by performing the above.

Roller – There are two types of roller techniques. One when use the roller on the bone and the other when we use it on the muscle. When using the roller on the bone, maximum time is 30 seconds. When used on the muscle it can be between 60-90 seconds. Follow the videos to complete these techniques successfully.
Fascial Mobiliser – these are not stretches, they are specific movement that will effect the fascia and bony structures to reset all of the tissues and promote better fluid flow. Perform each mobiliser between 45 – 60 seconds.
Drills – once again 45 – 60 seconds per drill.
