Hip Decoupling 2 is an essential way to improve tension in the Pelvis, impacting breathing, movement, and overall function. The pelvis plays a significant role in our well-being, and it can be affected by a range of factors, including physical and emotional trauma, occupational demands, repetitive motions, and even dehydration. Traditional approaches to pelvic maintenance often focus on isolated strengthening exercises, but these methods have frequently fallen short.
Feel SOMA takes a comprehensive reconditioning approach that addresses all the components involved in pelvic health, including nerves, muscles, bones, skin, fascia, blood, and lymph. Rather than singling out one element as the source of pain, discomfort, or dysfunction, our multi-dimensional approach acknowledges the interconnectedness of these tissues. We recognize the vital role of neural communication, movement patterns, and fluid dynamics.
Our method incorporates various techniques and tools, including rollers and balls, with an emphasis on dynamic movements over static stretches. We also introduce multi-directional strength challenges and drills to reset these tissues, allowing them to function optimally.
This holistic perspective acknowledges the intricacies of the human body and seeks to address the root causes of pelvic issues, rather than merely treating symptoms. It aligns seamlessly with Feel SOMA philosophy of enhancing overall well-being and promoting body awareness.
Hip Decoupling – Roll and Move is specifically designed to reset pelvic function, addressing tissues in specific areas that may be holding tension or stress due to various factors such as trauma, protection, dehydration, repetitive movements, or emotional factors. Join us on a journey to optimize your pelvic health and overall vitality.
