Before the first tee, this priming sequence ensures your tissues are responsive, resilient and ready, lowering the risk of injury and allowing you to play at your best immediately. During the game, you’ll notice benefits in stamina, precision and control, while afterwards the programme supports recovery, reducing fatigue and setting you up for the next round.
Our innovative priming exercises, mimic golf’s dynamic actions to boost enjoyment, minimise injury risk and elevate performance. Through these mobilisers you will:
