This Program is designed around Fundamental Movement, everyday motion necessary to enhance our tissue health, movement and wellbeing.
The program comprises;
- An introduction to Self Fascial Mobilisers; feeding the body intelligent motion.
- The program has 4 movements, with two experience options .
- Option 1 – 4 Coaching and instructional videos with Ian
- Option 2 – 4 Reminder videos, no instruction; shorter in duration. (these are the movements with titles finishing in “Exercise”)
